This everyday breakfast will eliminate the overdue of sediment and will clean the intestines.

What basically does is:

  • tackles the lazy bowel and constipation
  • burns fat
  • normalizes weight

After one month of consuming this cocktail, you’ll easy lose 3-5 extra kg, most of them in the belly.

Required ingredients:

  • 10 oz of fat free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of oat flakes
  • 1 teaspoon grind flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 5-7 prunes without seeds

Procedure:

The breakfast is prepared the night before. Pour around 4 oz of hot water into the prunes. Cover it for around 5-10 minutes.

During the time in a bow put the oat flakes, the grind flax seed and the cocoa powder. Pout the yogurt and stir the mixture.

Chop the prunes (or blend them) and add them to the previous mixture. Stir them well and put it in the refrigerator.

In the morning take out the dish and enjoy your healthy and tasty breakfast. The results will be visible very soon.
